What we provide
After your Claude system is live, we run structured training sessions for the people who will use it daily. Sessions use your actual implementation: your workflows, your prompts, your data. Staff leave knowing how to use the specific tools built for their role, not how to use Claude in the abstract.
We also offer standalone training add-ons for organisations that have already deployed Claude and want their teams to get more from it.
What this is not
This is not an AI literacy course. We do not teach prompt engineering as a general skill, explain how large language models work, or prepare your staff for any external certification exam.
The goal is simple: your team should be confident and capable with the Claude system deployed in your business. That is the only outcome we train toward.
Three session types. Every role covered.
Team Workshops
Hands-on sessions for the staff who will use Claude day to day. We walk through every workflow that has been automated, demonstrate the correct way to interact with the system, and work through real scenarios from your business. Typically two to three hours per department group. Delivered on-site or remotely.
Executive Briefings
A focused 60-minute session for founders, C-suite, and senior leadership covering what has been deployed, how it fits into the organisation's operations, what the governance controls are, and where Claude can expand next. Structured to answer the questions leadership will be asked by their board or investors.
Hands-On Onboarding
For new hires joining after implementation, or for departments being brought onto Claude after the initial rollout. A structured onboarding session that covers the tools, the workflows, and the usage guidelines specific to their role. Can be delivered as a recorded session or live. Documentation and reference materials included.

Department Leads & Managers
Leads are responsible for how their team adopts the system. We give them the context to answer staff questions, manage exceptions, and expand Claude use across their department over time.
Senior Leadership
Executives need a clear view of what is deployed, how it is governed, and what risks and opportunities exist going forward. The briefing session provides exactly that, without the technical detail.
